Kundalini Yoga - Fall Beginner Series
This system of yoga incorporates the use of breath work (pranayam), postures (asanas), hand positions (mudras), meditation & the chanting of mantras to bring about union of the mind, body and spirit. It strengthens the nervous system, purifies the blood, and is useful for detoxification, and breaking old patterns/addictions.
This series will focus on the basics, and enhance your life with meditation to still the mind. Meditation is for everyone. It promotes a sense of well-being, inner peace, stability, and calm. In these busy times, with back to school and back to work from the wonderful summer we've had, it's a great way to get centered & grounded.
