Kundalini yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practises. It incorporates dynamic breathing techniques (pranayam), hand positions (mudras), postures (asanas), meditation, and the chanting of mantras in sacred Sanskrit text. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. It is useful for detoxification, breaking old patterns or bad habits such as addiction, and strengthening your nervous system.
